Just over here trying to survive in an environment designed to make me sick.

Women have all this health anxiety around being or getting sick, scared of cancer, scared of xyz health concern… but they are on a restrictive low calorie diet/ constantly dieting or eating the SAD diet, getting botox, lip filler and implants, getting their nails and hair done monthly, tanning beds, using toxic skincare, perfume, drinking tap water out of their Stanley cup containing lead, using toxic makeup and cleaning products in their homes, wearing polyester clothing made from petroleum, eating takeout numerous meals a weak with rancid oils and lighting bath and body works candles.

Meanwhile… they have a laundry list of complaints like constipation, anxiety, acne, migraines, infertility, horrible periods, not being able to sweat and cold hands and feet.

Girl, you may be cool as hell and trendy AF right now with your toxic lifestyle but at what cost?

It used to be all about “the dose makes the poison” research is now showing that is not the case. These toxins are stored in your body for life unless you actively eliminate the source of them and give your body the nutrients and energy it needs to be able to eliminate them.

How many times are you saying “it’s okay if I get this or do this toxic thing because I eat well and everything else is non-toxic” - how many toxic habits or products have you now built up overtime with that mentality?

The problem is, you likely are not relating your chronic illness and symptoms with your toxic habits.

Our world is highly toxic, most of us are compromised in detoxing, make the choice to eliminate toxins where you can. In a world that is so scared of aging we sure are doing a great job at aging ourselves, creating oxidative stress and cellular damage with these procedures and products designed to be “anti-aging” - make it make sense?

I may be a bit little house on the prairie but in this toxic “trendy” world I consider it the ultimate flex.

Drop in the comments what you need a replacement for from the list of toxic things and I will do my best to recommend a less toxic swap!

And if you haven’t already, tune in to Season 2 of the Wild + Well-Fed Podcast where we talk about creating a healthy healing environment.
