Your thoughts and beliefs are much more powerful than any supplement, pill, diet or protocol.

If you constantly tell yourself that you are sick. You will be.

The simple act of replacing the thoughts of being sick with being well will elicit a positive body response.

True healing is accepting your body for the season it's in, understanding it, acknowledging it, and then moving on without dwelling on it and letting your mind spiral.

Understanding your body is at the core of it all and will give you freedom from the prison you created with your own powerful mind.

Once you stop thinking you are something that needs to be fixed and medicalized you realize symptoms are not the enemy but a response to your environment and everything shifts.

You are human. You will never be symptom free. You will always adapt and respond to your environment. True healing is not about being symptom free it’s about changing your thoughts around those symptoms.

This can translate to so many things.

If you continue thinking the same poor thoughts about your body, your appearance and your worthiness you will continue to make the same choices that cause the same behaviors and the same choices that then drive the same thoughts.

The simple act of having a practitioner “give you permission” to just eat what you want without having health consequences is transformative on it’s own. I have seen women heal not only their mindset around food and their body but their symptoms simply by having more food freedom.

Nutrition is one piece of the puzzle and an important but the diet that you keep should be enjoyable and enhance your life not hinder it or make you constantly question if you are doing things “right.”

Obsessing over your symptoms won’t get you anywhere. You might not be able to change the circumstance but you can certainly change your mind.

Tell yourself you will feel better and you will. Believe it, believe it to your core.

Your mind can be the most powerful healing tool if you let it be.
