Are Today's Beauty Standards Destroying Your Health

Plant based diets, over-exercising and under-eating in an effort to have a slim figure, leaving women malnourished and lacking periods aka lacking fertility.

Botox, a toxin that paralyzes your face to help eliminate wrinkles. Eliminating any facial or emotional expression or any sign that you have lived a full life. So fucked up.

Breast implants, tanning beds, hair and nails - the basic bitch package of the 90’s and 2000’s, talk about a toxic estrogenic, heavy metal shit storm.

“Just as women started to make dramatic gains in the areas of education, employment, and politics, the ideal female body began to look like a malnourished preadolescent girl, weak, emancipated, and non-threatening” Bradley, University 2021

The truth is. This shit is dangerous and comes with consequences.

One minute it’s all about the big tits, the next it’s about the slim waist, the next it’s about the big booty, the next it’s about the eyebrows and botox.

Let me ask you, do you plan on changing your body every decade to fit the next trending beauty standard.

A few things I know for sure.

None of these beauty standards work with our physiology.

Woman’s bodies are designed to store fat more easily than men so it can grow and nurture life.

I’d rather be seen as strong than weak and malnourished.

I’d rather show natural signs of aging, a sign of a life well lived rather than submissive and emotionless.

I’d rather feel really fucking good with good temps and pulses, sleep like a baby, have a regular painless period, good digestion, naturally good skin, hair and nails, all due to a proper nourishing, traditional diet than put a bunch of toxins in my body and starve myself for some unattainable beauty standard that changes with the seasons.
