8 Things That Improved My Relationship With Food + My Body

What if I told you the #1 thing I did to heal my relationship with food and my body was that I stopped giving a shit.

Yup. I stopped obsessing over every little thing that went in my body and relating it to whatever symptom I was experiencing.

I stopped giving food so much power.

I stopped feeling guilty and shameful for eating something off plan.

I stopped comparing myself to others and their “diets” or weight loss goals.

I stopped being a perfectionist around food.

I stopped labeling foods good or bad.

I stopped living in fear around food.

Our minds are so powerful. This constant mind fuck and negative self talk only made me sicker.

What did I do instead?

I learned how foods work with my physiology. How important nourishment and nutrition really are. I woke up one day and decided that my symptoms don’t define me.

Food should be enjoyable, not stressful.

Food has a purpose, to give you energy and allow you to enjoy all the things you desire in life.

Food should make you happy!

This is why I do what I do. I want YOU too to stop obsessing over food and your symptoms. I want to help you stop giving so many shits about what your eating and eliminate the stress around food and your body.

I am here to help you eliminate all that health anxiety and confusion around food that diet culture has created.

I hope that if you are a client, a group coaching program member or an IG follower that I have helped you on your healing journey by allowing you to finally understand your body better backed by science and navigate your symptoms.

In some cases you might need to eliminate foods or eat in a more strategic way to heal an underlying symptom (I have been there) but eventually you will find food freedom. I promise.

The thing I hear most from my clients is that they have never felt so much freedom around food in their entire lives.

Your food freedom may look different than someone else’s and that is okay.

Stop obsessing and start living.
