Every woman in our generation is no stranger to the low-fat diet fad that swept the nation before we were even born. Our mothers and grandmothers had the low-fat propaganda engrained into their brains starting from about the 1960s, and the messaging has really stuck with them.

Growing up around the low-fat craze,  we've all probably tried a low-fat diet. But is it ever a good idea to remove an entire macronutrient food group from the diet? You know what we're going to say!
