Paleo and Whole 30 Diets... throwback to 2014, are we right? These diets took the internet and health communities by storm, and probably most of us tried one (or both) when they were popular.

While they come off as not as harmful or extreme as some of the other diets we're discussing in this season, we certainly don't think they're harmless. We don't recommend Paleo or Whole 30 diets for many reasons. Tune in to learn more!
